What data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide in the consultation booking or contact form: first name, email address, company name, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. We collect it solely to handle your enquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to contact you, prepare and hold the consultation and present our offer — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest (replying to your enquiry).
How long we keep data
We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, and then in accordance with applicable law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
AI assistant on this website
This website has an AI assistant. The questions you ask in the chat are sent to the language model provider (Google — Gemini API) solely to generate an answer. We do not store conversations in our database — the chat history is kept only in your browser until you close the tab. Please do not share personal or sensitive data in the chat; use the booking form to arrange a meeting.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO).
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-friendly analytics limited to the necessary minimum. We do not use data for advertising profiling.
